Delete your LittleWords account
An account is optional. Core features work without signing in.
If you signed in for cloud backup, delete the account in the app. That removes the account and cloud snapshot immediately.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open LittleWords.
- Go to Settings → Cloud backup.
- Sign in if you are not already signed in (Continue with Apple or Google).
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your LittleWords account and cloud backup. Data on this device stays unless you also use Settings → Reset app data or uninstall the app.
If you cannot use the app
- Email hello@littlewords.app from the same email address you used to sign in (Google or Apple), or clearly state which sign-in method and account email you used.
- Use the subject line: LittleWords account deletion request.
- Include your app package name if possible:
com.littlewords.littlewords. - We will confirm and delete your account and associated cloud backup data.
What we delete
- Your LittleWords authentication account (Supabase Auth user linked to Google/Apple sign-in)
- Cloud backup snapshots (child profiles, Word Bank entries, milestone checkmarks, completed activities, concern notes stored for restore)
What we do not delete via this request
- On-device data: Uninstall the app, or use Settings → Reset app data on your phone to clear local LittleWords data.
- Google Play / App Store subscription records: Billing history stays with Google or Apple. Cancel Premium in your store account subscription settings.
- Security / legal logs: Limited technical logs may be retained for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention, or law (typically no longer than 30–90 days unless a longer period is legally required).
Timing
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days of a verified request (sooner when practical).
